I haven’t hit the gym in years. How can I get back into a routine?

Just start! Hop into the RoadieFit Program for daily workouts, sign up for a one-on-one or just reach out to us and one of our coaches would be happy to help you find your way. Our Fitness Community is a family, all our welcome.

What equipment do I need?

In the daily RoadieFit Program we offer three different versions of each workout: gym (full access to barbells, pull-up rigs, etc), garage (access to kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes), equipment free- just you and bodyweight movements.

What if I'm on tour with limited equipment, can you help me and my touring buddies?

You know it! We offer customized programming for individuals and touring crews. We design the program around the equipment you have, the fitness levels of the crew, and most importantly your TOUR SCHEDULE. Our coaches can be on hands on as you need or just provide you with a private program where you and your crew can compete against each other and track your progress.
