Welcome to the party pal!


This Hump Day, get your ass moving, daily Workout is coming at ya like John McClane on Christmas Eve!


At "3...2...1...Go!" you'll do 5 reps of all three movements. Then, the next round you will do 10 reps of each movement. After that, you will do 15 reps of each movement and so on. Add 5 reps to all of the movements each round you complete until the 15 minutes is up. The score will be a total reps.


It should end up being a lot of reps, so scale the movements and weights to something moderate to moderately heavy. We would like to see you breeze through the first couple of rounds unbroken, pick your weights accordingly.


On the deadlifts, please take care of that lower back. If you have a barbell available to you and are going for the RX+ weight please make sure that you're confident you can do a shitload of reps at the weight and still be able to bend over and tie your shoelaces after the workout. If not, please scale down the weight and tie your damn shoe.
