I've got a bad feeling about this...
So let's crack into this slimy double crossing no-good swindler!
This workout is designed for you to have 2 Dumbbells or Kettlebells but it can be done with one weight or object. If you do have to use one "Object" and it isn't very heavy, go ahead and double the reps on the Deadlifts and Lunges to 30 and 40 per round.
You can do the deadlifts where the weights land outside (standard) of your feet or inside (Sumo). We advise trying it both ways and seeing which one feels better.
You can carry the weights whatever style you see fit. Suitcase, Front Rack, or Overhead if you're some real rebel scum.
