So let's crack into this slimy double crossing no-good swindler!
This workout is designed for you to have 2 Dumbbells or Kettlebells but it can be done with one weight or object. If you do have to use one "Object" and it isn't very heavy, go ahead and double the reps on the Deadlifts and Lunges to 30 and 40 per round.
