Rest Day


Today is the day to not stress your body and hopefully not stress your mind either.

In order for our bodies to get bigger, stronger, or faster we have to put it into situations normal life does not provide, forcing it to adapt to new conditions. To optimize this process we must let the body have time to heal and repair, to let it make the necessary changes to adapt to these new demands we're are asking of it so it will get bigger, stronger, and faster.


So that puts us here at rest day. We’re not saying lay on the couch all day but we're not saying don’t lay on the couch all day. 😉


We appreciate you riding this crazy ride with us. You inspire us to keep it going.
