10 Backpack/Object High Pulls

At 3...2...1...Go! You will take off on your first 400m Run. When you get done you will complete 25 Swings, 15 Deadlifts, and 10 High Pulls. That is one round. Keep this rep scheme going for the remainder of 15 minutes. Your score for this is how many rounds and reps completed when time runs out. The weight should be moderate to heavy.

The intended stimulus of this is a paced workout but a faster paced. We'd like to see you on the edge into the redline for as long as you can. Survival is Victory!

All of these movements are done with one kettlebell and if done incorrectly they can wreck your lower back. Watch the demo videos and make sure your technique is super solid.
