At 3...2..1...Go! You will start your first 400m run. When you get back you will complete 25 Burpees. That's one round. The time it takes to complete the 4 rounds is your score.

The intended stimulus for this is just short of a sprint. Let's say 85% intensity. Find that pace that you can keep for the whole workout and kick it up a notch. At first glance, this workout looks like a warmup but if its done right it'll leave you with no air in your lungs and sounding like Darth Vader.
