The countdown to MURPH begins! T-Minus 3 days until we pay our patriotic tribute with the Hero WOD of all Hero WODs, MURPH. You've now seen and hopefully completed Mini Murph, so let's continue getting ready for this ball busting, nipple chaffing hour of hell, more or less.


At 3...2..1...Go! You will start your first 200m Single Arm Farmer Carry. When you get back you will complete 20 Hand Release Push-Ups and 20 Sit-Ups. That's one round. The time it takes to complete the 4 rounds is your score.


Stay slow and controlled with on those farmer carries, focus on keeping the core tight, ribs pulled down, shoulders back, and hips square. Then, an almost all out push, while maintaining good form on the push ups and sit ups. We're trying to get you used to the ledge of the redline zone and dialing it back just a notch so you can keep going.
