5 Rounds For Time

20 Double Backpack/Object Deadlifts

15 Backpack Swings

10 Backpack High Pulls

At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform 20 Kettlebell Deadlifts, 15 Kettlebell Swings, then, 10 High Pulls. That's one round. Your score is the time it takes to complete 5 Rounds.

The intended stimulus of this workout is a slow to moderate pace. We don't want your heart rate to go into the "redline" state at all. A slower smoother pace with fewer breaks is desired and the weight should be moderate to heavy.

Double Kettlebell Deadlifts

You can do these "Sumo" style which put your feet wide and the Kbs in between them or, the traditional style where the weights are outside of your feet that are in a slightly more narrow stance.

American Kettlebell Swings

Done with a single KB, these go all the way over head with your elbows locked out and your ears in front of your arms. Be careful of the lower back on these swings. If you feel it start to get tight take a break and maybe lighten up. If going over head causes you pain or discomfort you can scale these down to Russian swings. Which means the come up to eye level.

Kettlebell High Pulls

Again with a single Kettlebell, the weight will be pulled up to collarbone level with elbows always above the hands.

As always we're here if you need anything. Feel free to reach out anytime with any questions, concerns, or compliments 😉

Have fun. Stay safe.

Let's get it!!!
