At 3...2...1...Go! You will complete an 800 meter Run. Then, you will complete 50 Burpees, 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Walking Lunges, 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Jumping Jacks, 50 Air Squats, and then, 50 Ab Mat Sit Ups. Your score is the time it takes to complete all of the reps.
The intended stimulus for this workout is a steady moderate pace with few to no breaks. Make a game plane for breaks, if you think you'll need them, and stick to it.
