At 3...2...1...Go you will complete a 400m Run then, when you return you will perform 20 DB Burpee Deadlifts. That's one round. You will complete 4 total rounds. Your score will be the time it takes to complete the 4 rounds.
The intended stimulus for this workout is a moderate pace where you have to make a plan for breaks and try to stay with it.
The weight for this should be light to moderate. If you got too heavy this will take a really long time and completely change the stimulus.
