At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform a plank hold for 1 minute or as close as you can get. If you can't hold it for a whole minute, just quick break and get back into it. Then, thirty seconds of shoulder taps, then, thirty seconds of rest. Use this rest time to get set up for the following movement. When the rest period is over you will perform thirty seconds of Russian Twists followed by thirty seconds feet over kettlebells then thirty seconds of Six Inch Killers. After that is another thirty second rest period. That is one round. The clock runs for the whole time. Total time on the clock is sixteen minutes. There is no score for this workout. Just a whole bunch of sexy.


The weight should be light. We want you to get a lot of Russian Twist reps done so lighten up. You can use a lot of different things for this. KB, DB, Medicine Ball, Backpack, Milk Jug, Toaster, Kitten, Garden Gnome, etc.
