At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform ten Dumbbell Thrusters. Followed by fifteen Sit-Ups. Then nine DB Thrusters followed by fifteen Sit Ups. You will keep this rep scheme until the last round is 1 DB Thruster and 15 sit ups. Your score is the time it takes to complete all ten rounds.
The weight for this should be moderate to heavy. The intended stimulus for this is a faster more rushed pace. Its not a sprint but we do want that heart rate to really get high.
With the DBs or KBs or Jugs whatever you're using for this, it can be hard to keep those elements moving straight up and down. If you find yourself a little wobbly widen your feet a little bit. Its not the most efficient way to squat but it might help keep control of those elements while pushing them overhead.
