At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform fifteen Push-Ups. If you have time left in the minute you will rest until the next minute turns over. At that point, you will perform ten Pull-Ups then rest for the remainder of the minute. When the next minute starts you will perform fifteen Sit-Ups and rest with remaining time. Finally when the next minute starts you will perform twenty Lunges then rest with the remaining time in the minute. So when the clock hits the fifth minute you will go back and start the cycle over with the Push-Ups again. Repeating this pattern until the twenty minutes is up.

If you cannot complete all the reps in the allotted minute just move on the next minutes' movement. Keep track of how many reps you did perform in the minute that you didn't finish. Shave a few off of that number and make that the new goal when you get back to that movement. There is no score for this workout.


The intended stimulus for this workout its intervals. High output for a short period then rest for a short period. Over and over.
