At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform 10 Dumbbell Push Presses. Then you will leave the weights locked out overhead (Or if you had to break... get them back into a locked out position overhead) and start the 5 Walking Lunges. Next, You will perform 10 Devils Presses followed by another 5 Walking Lunges. Finally, you will complete 10 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks. That is one round. You must complete 3 rounds. Your score is the time it takes to complete all three rounds.


The weight for this should be heavy.


The intended stimulus is a slower paced grunt style workout that doesn't have your heart rate beating out of your chest, but it does suck the air out of you often requiring planned breaks.


There are some really good videos above to explain the movements. Just remember if you are getting heavy with this to keep it slow and smooth. Pay attention to your body and let's stay safe.
