Welcome back to another week in the garbage can of a year we're calling 2020. At least we. can workout again.


At 3...2....1...Go! You will start with 20 American Kettlebell Swings. After that, you will perform a 400 meter Run. That's one round. Your score is the total time it takes to complete all 5 rounds.


Then intended stimulus for this workout is a steady pace with very few breaks. The weight for this should be moderate to heavy.


Kettlebell Swings

Make sure that your power or "drive" is coming from your hips and legs when you're sending the KB overhead. Not utilizing the hip and legs puts most of the stress into the lower back. And with doing this many reps. It'll add up.
