Death by Squats
Min 1= 1 Squat
Min 2= 2 Squats
Min 3= 3 Squats
Min 20= 20 Squats
“Death” by...... is a by-the-minute interval challenge. In the first minute, you complete one rep. In the second minute, you do two. Third minute, three… until you cannot complete the required rep amount in a minute. Score is the last minute you complete in full.
This workout may look easy on paper(phones and computers?) but do not let your ego get in the way. This Should be a long and mentally challenging working to keep going!!!!
