Death by Squats

Min 1= 1 Squat

Min 2= 2 Squats

Min 3= 3 Squats

...

Min 20= 20 Squats

“Death” by...... is a by-the-minute interval challenge. In the first minute, you complete one rep. In the second minute, you do two. Third minute, three… until you cannot complete the required rep amount in a minute. Score is the last minute you complete in full. ⁠⁠


This workout may look easy on paper(phones and computers?) but do not let your ego get in the way. This Should be a long and mentally challenging working to keep going!!!!
