Alternating Lunges


Today is the day and the workout!! Don't stop moving on this one and make sure to post your scores in Wodify.

At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform 6 reps of burpees, alternating lunges, sit-ups. Then, 11 reps of each movement. Now for the finishes, fatigue fatigue fatigue, 20 reps of each movement. Your score is your total time to complete.

The intended stimulus for this workout is a moderate pace where we want you to just keep moving. Remember to not blast out of the gate during the round of 6 reps. You're gonna feel good but you're going to forget about the round of 20.
