Okay.. we let Courtney take over the programming for a couple days so we apologize in advance. She's satan, but we love her.

At 3...2...1...Go! You will start your first round and perform 16 deadlifts, 8 thrusters, and finish it off with a 400m run. Repeat 3 more times and your score is the total time it take to complete all 4 rounds.

The intended stimulus for this workout is a moderate pace where we want you to just keep moving. The weight should be light to moderate. We want you to MOVE on this one. Light weight, fast reps. Stay controlled in the core. We don't want to see any back rounding on those deadlifts or in the bottom of the thrusters.
