10,9,8,etc. Ground to Overhead(Bumper Plate, Single Dumbbell, Sandbag) and Box Jumps/ Step ups. Perform 10 repetitions of each movement, then 9 reps, then 8 reps all the way down until the last set is just one rep of each movement. Score is total time to complete all rounds.
