Happy Monday hunnie bunnies. We hope you had a great and productive weekend or enjoyed a couple of days of laying around seeing how many Oreos fit in your mouth.


!Disclaimer! We here at RoadieFit Inc. do not condone or encourage stuffing as many Oreos into your mouth as possible. But....we do know the record is 13.5.


At 3...2...1...Go! You will start with 21 Burpee to Targets then, 21 Goblet Squats then, a 200m run. After that, the reps will drop to 15 Burpee to Targets then, 15 Goblet Squats and then, a 200m Run. Finally, you will complete 9 Burpee to the Targets, 9 Goblet Squats and one last 200m Run. Your score is the time it takes to complete all of the reps.


The intensity for this workout should be an all grunt it out. This workout shouldn't take too long even if you go properly heavy. You can make plans for breaks but plan on those plans not going according to plan.


The weight for this (Goblet Squats) should be as heavy as you can safely get. We don't care what it is. A KB, DB, Weight Plate, Garbage Can, Toddler, A Rock, The Rock. Whatever. For example, wed like to see you do all 21 unbroken. But that does sound kind of easy. Lets crank up the suck a bit shall we?
