20 Double Object/Milk Jug/Backpack Deadlifts

At 3...2...1... Go! You will grab a weight in each hand and start deadlifting. You will perform 20 reps of deadlifts then take off on the Farmers Carry. When you reach 50 meters you will lay down and start on the 20 Floor Presses. Finally, when those are done you'll stand up, pick up the weights, and take off on the next Farmers Carry. That's one round. Your score will be the time it takes to complete 4 rounds.


The weight for this should be moderate to heavy.


The intended stimulus of this workout is a grunt style get it done bruiser. It's more about moving the weights around efficiently than it is about getting it done fast.


This is a great core/ midline workout. But that being said, if you feel things going weird or feel your lower back tighten up please lighten the load or make some kind of adjustment.


This is one of those workouts that can be not so bad during the party. But hurt a lot later. We just want of you little sexy fitness kittens to be safe, so be aware and listen to your body.
