Nothin fancy. Just some good old fashioned intervals!!!
At 3...2...1...Go! You will start an all out sprint. After thirty seconds you will stop and rest. After thirty seconds of resting, you will start the second sprint. You will keep going with this rep scheme until you complete ten rounds of sprints.
The intended stimulus of this workout is Sprint intervals. A short period of time of max heart rate and then a complete stop. Repeating over and over again.
Intervals are a great way to train and develop our max aerobic capacity or our " Engine".
