At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform 20 Thrusters with one Dumbell in one hand. It says to start with Left hand but it doesn't really matter. After that, you will perform 20 Thrusters with your other hand. Next is 20 DB Snatches all in one hand and then 20 in the other. And finally, 20 Overhead Squats with the DB in one hand then 20 OHS with the DB in the other hand. That's one round. Your score is the time it takes to complete 2 rounds.😜


The weight for this should be heavy to moderate. Use what you can safely do as a Single hand DB OHS as your weight for the whole thing.


The intended stimulus is a pushed tempo. Maybe 65 to 85% of a sprint.


Today's workout has a lot of reps. A lot of stress on the shoulder area. Please warm them up a lot and here are some scales if you need it.

10 or 5 reps of each movement per side for 2 rounds.


1 Round of 20 reps per movement per arm.
