This Monday is a special Monday. This is the Monday where all the craziness and confusion starts to make sense. This is the Monday where all the anger and pain of recent times start to subside. This is the Monday that hope starts to take that place. This is the Monday where that first workout leads to another and another and after a while its a way of life. This Monday could lead to you finally getting your food on track or even just cutting out Sodas. This is the Monday where you start working on your sleep health.


It can all start with a Monday.


A Monday just like this one.


At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform 22 Air Squats. Then 22 Push-Ups. Next, 22 Shoulder taps. Finally, 22 Pull-Ups. That is one round. Your score is the time it takes to perform 6 rounds.


There is no weight for this workout but if you want a challenge you can throw on a 20lb vest.


The intended stimulus of this workout is a fast paced but smooth push. You should find a groove and stick to it. Planning your breaks and sticking to them every round.


This workout isn't anything high skill. It should be mostly grit and attitude. If you cant do most of this unbroken please feel free to scale or modify a movement or all of them. And if you need ideas to scale or modify please feel free to hit us up.
