At 3...2...1...Go! You will perform an 800m run. Then you will complete 10 Devils Presses. A 100m Farmers Carry. Then 10 more devils presses and another 100m Farmers Carry. That is one round. You will complete two rounds of this then perform one more 800m run. Your score is the time it takes to do the run, the 2 rounds, and then the 2nd run.


The weight for this should be moderate. Pick a weight that is challenging but you can get through 10 Devils presses without breaking.


The intended stimulus for this workout is a faster tempo push. These movements take a while and it's very difficult to sprint. So go as fast as you can without redlining.


This workout can be very taxing on the midline. make sure your core is tight through and the weighted movements and please pay attention to your lower back.
