At 3...2..1...Go! You ill take off on a 400m run. After that, you will stop and complete 50 Mountain Climbers. Next. you will perform another 400m run. Then you will complete 50 Hand Release Push-Ups. Then another 400m run. Next, you will perform 50 Walking Lunges. Then finally one more 400m run.
The intended stimulus of this workout Should be a faster push on the run portions and a slower smoother pace on the movements.
