20 Backpack Goblet Squats

At 3...2...1...Go! You will start with 10 Kettlebell or Dumbbell Cleans all with one arm. Next, with the same arm, you will perform 10 Kettlebell or Dumbbell Push Presses. After that you'll switch to the other arm and perform 10 Kettlebell or Dumbbell Cleans. And then 10 KB or DB Push Presses with that same arm. Finally, you will do 20 Goblet Squats and that is one round. Your score will be the number of rounds and reps you complete in the 15 minutes.

The weight for this should be moderate to heavy. After the first round, it should be challenging to do all the reps for that arm unbroken.

The intended stimulus for this workout is a slower paced smooth pace. You will have to take breaks at some point so try to make a plan. And then make a plan B. 😉

Make sure to warm up those shoulders really well. We don't want anything to happen to the money makers!
