This workout is named after our dog because well...we think she's amazing and we can. Our animals love us unconditionally no matter what mistakes we make or shortcomings we have. We could learn a lot about love from our animal friends.

So after you do this workout send us a pic of your pet and their story. We want to see them all!

Our Racha was found outside of the Beach Sound warehouse in Miami that we both worked at. It didn't take long for everyone to fall in love with her. Especially doggy mom Courtney Shae. She took her home, and took her in and got her back to a healthy happy life. Unfortunately, the life she lived before did leave some health issues that just couldn't be beaten. So long story short she lost a limb and has a really strict diet that she cannot deviate from at all. But you would think all this would slow her down. It didn't. She's still a happy bubbly maniac and that loves attention. Here's to you Racha baby!

Her given birthday is 8/6/13 so she is 6 years old.
