100m Run at the start and every 2 Minutes until completing all 100 burpees
At 3...2...1...Go! You'll take off for your first 100 meter run. Then, get started on those 100 burpees. Every two minutes, you're going to stop for another 100m run until you finish the last burpee. There is no rest between movements, so keep it moving but pace it out. The score is the total time it takes to complete the 100 burpees.
The intended stimulus is... just don't die.
Don't rest, pace. Embrace the place of suck. Turn on robot mode. Breathe!
They say 100 Burpees for time is the ultimate fitness test so of course we had to make it just a little harder ;) That said, if you can’t perform a full burpee as prescribed, consider modifying the movement to make it less taxing.
