At 3...2...1...Go! you will perform 20 Pull-Ups, 30 Push-Ups, 40 Sit-Ups then 50 Air Squats. Next, you will take a 3-minute break That completes round one. Your score will be the time it takes to complete 5 rounds.
The intended stimulus for this workout is kind of like an interval workout. Very hard and high intensity until the break. But these are a lot of reps to try and sprint through so chances are you will redline and that will slow you down even further. Find a fast pace that you can keep going for a while. Plan your breaks and how you'll split up your sets and try and stay with it.
