Welcome back you protein powder drinking, ibuprofen crushing, socially distanced sexy beasts!
You asked for it and you got it! Its a redo of the infamous 200505!!!!
Nobody actually asked. We just did it. So here goes nothing...
At 3...2...1...Go! You will start this chipper style workout with 25 Burpees. Next, you will perform 25 Air Squats, 25 Mountain Climbers, and then 50 Push-Ups. After that, you will work your way back down the chipper. You will do 25 Mountain Climbers, 25 Air Squats, and 25 Burpees.
Your score will be the total time it takes to complete all the reps.
The intended stimulus of this workout is a sped-up tempo but something you can keep steady for long periods. If some of these movements are new to you or you haven't done them in a while just take it slow and smooth. We’ll, get some speed on you later.
These are all basic movements so we should all be able to do these.
But don't forget about the push ups, they can be a little challenging when doing that many and already winded. If you need to scale the Push-Ups you can put your knees down and do them. Or you can put your hands on something elevated to angle more of the weight to your feet. The higher the elevation the less resistance and the easier the Push-Up becomes.
