At 3...2...1...Go! you will start with 20 Deadlifts with and element in each hand. Next, you will perform 20 Devils presses and then run 200 meters. That completes one round. You will take a 2-minute break and then start round 2. Your score is the time it takes to complete all 5 rounds. Including break times.
The weight for this workout heavy to moderate. As heavily as you can safely get. Choose your weight off of what you would use for the Devils Presses.
The intended stimulus if today's workout is 5 sprints. As soon as its time to go you take off and SAFELY do these reps as fast as you can. Again as fast as you can without sacrificing technique. If you're still learning these movements feel free to slow it down and focus on clean quality reps.
