At 3...2...1...Go! You will start with a plank hold until you can't hold anymore. Then you will perform the first 400m Run. After that, you will perform 15 Push-Ups. Next, another 400m run. Then 20 Shoulder Taps. Then another 400m Run followed by a plank hold until failure.
The intended stimulus for this is an elevated heart rate but not a redline. We want to move smooth and steady.
Is any of the movements start taking too long go ahead and scale the movement to something easier and keep going. We want to finish all the work. The movement can be sacrificed.
