Start with a running clock set to 12 minutes. At 3...2...1...Go! You will start with 20 floor presses, 20 sit ups and a 100 meter run. That's round 1. You will continue this pattern for the entirety of the 12 minutes- floor presses, sit ups, run. Your score will be the total amount rounds and reps completed within the 12 minutes.


The weight for this should be light. You are not going to have a coach or the time to load you up on those floor presses. Please check the video demo linked above and stay light so youan move through those. We want you to be borderline redline. You can "rest" on the run. This is a fast short workout that's all about that heart rate and sweat!
