Accumulate 5:00 of a Plank hold
**Every time you break, complete 100 jumping jacks
Alright, we're all in this together! At 3...2...1...Go! You will start in a plank position. Every time you break, remember your time, and complete 100 jumping jacks. Post jacks, resume planking and repeat this process until you accumulate a total of 5:00 minutes in the plank. Your score is the total time it takes you to complete the 5 minute plank.
If you're doing this in the gym, you can use a running stop watch on your phone to stop and start for the planking and running clock at the box. If you're doing this at home and a lone you can use your stopwatch on your phone and click lap every time you start and stop. You SHOULD have enough time to do a little math during your holds.
This workout is deceiving. Seams simple enough but wait for the fatigue! We want you to stay safe so if you need to go into straight arms or kneeling, that's totally fine!
