12 Toes to Bars
20 Minute AMRAP 20 Jumping Air Squat
At 3...2...1 Go! You will start with 20 Power Cleans or Jumping Air Squats, followed by 12 Toes to Bars or Knee Raises or V-Ups and a 400m Run. That's one round. Continue to complete as many rounds and reps until the 20 minutes is up.
The weight of these cleans should not be too heavy. Light to moderate weight. We want you to move through these cleans without breaks, not because of the weight but because of your lung capacity. Try to settle into a good pace and ride it out for the 20 minutes. We would like to see 4 or 5 rounds.
