Happy Tuesday you Filthy Animals. You can bet your sweet asses we'll be seeing this workout again. What's that? Yep, another RoadieFit Benchmark!!
At 3...2...1...Go! You will start with 50 Air Squats. Then, you will perform 50 Lunges, 50 Push Ups, 50 Shoulder Taps, and finish it off with 50 Burpees. Your score will be the total amount of time to complete all 250 reps.
The intended stimulus for this workout is to not die. Pace yourself but don't hold back too much. This is supposed to be challenging and next time you see this dirty workout you'll be ready and eager to beat your time!
