At 3...2...1...Go! You will start with 10 BJOs. After that, you will complete 12 strict presses followed by a 200m run. That’s one round. Your score is the time it takes to complete 3 rounds.
The intended stimulus for this workout should be close to a sprint. It is t that long of a workout so we’d like to see you moving as fast as you can for as long as you can.
The weight for this should be moderate to heavy. Something you can do mostly unbroken.
