Rest as needed
At 3...2...1...Go! You will start the plank hold. Immediately after, without breaking, you will go into the 25 shoulder taps. That’s one round. You can rest as long as you need before starting the next round. You will complete 10 rounds.
The intended stimulus of this workout is to hold as long as you can. Hopefully going to failure.
If you find yourself going to failure, simply adjust the time of the plank hold, use one of the options in the demo, or lower the amount of taps to make it do able.
