Description

At 3…2…1…Go! You will start with 2 Burpees to plate, 2 Overhead Squats, 2 Oh Lunges and, 2 Sit Ups. That's the first round done. Now we will add 2 reps per movement and do another round. So that’s 4 of every movement. Then, 6 of every movement and so on. Your score is total number of rounds and reps completed.


Weight

The weight for this workout should be light to moderate. Something you can easily move around. We want all of the reps!

Stimulus

The intended stimulus for this workout is 15 minutes of “cmon….keep going”. Something that’s going to seem somewhat easy at first is going to turn out to be difficult later on. Keep Pushing!
