Description
At 3…2…1…Go! You will perform 10 Jump Squats, 10 Sit-Ups, and 10 Burpees. After that, you perform 9 of each movement. Then 8 of each, 7 of each, etc. until you get to 1 rep of every movement. Your score is the time it takes to complete all the reps.
Stimulus
The intended stimulus for this workout is a medium paced push. Wed like to see you get big chunks of reps before having to break. And obviously the further you go in the workout the hard you have to push.
