At 3…2…1…Go! You will perform 20 Lunges and 20 HRPU. Next, you will perform 16 of each movement. Then 12 of each, 8 of each, and finally 4 of each. Your score is the time it takes tom complete all the reps.
The weight for this workout should be Heavy. Or as heavy as you can safely perform the movement.
The intended stimulus for this workout is a faster pace. Not quite a sprint, but we want you pushing this pretty hard. If you're not desperate for air when you get done you should have gone harder.
