10 Air Squats
At 3…2…1…Go! You will do 21 Deadlifts, 21 Squats, and 21 Swings. Next, you will do 15 of each of the 3 movements. Then finally 9 of each movement. Your score is the time it takes to complete all the reps.
The weight for this workout should be moderate. Too heavy will slow you down. But too light will make this a warmup.
The intended stimulus for this workout is an uptempo almost sprint. Somewhere around 85% of a sprint.
