At 3…2…1…Go! You will perform 10 Devils Presses. Then 20 hang Power cleans followed by 30 Deadlifts. Then you will do the same in reverse order. Ending with 10 more Devils Presses. Your score will be the rim e it takes to complete all the reps


The weight for this workout should be moderate.


The intended stimulus for this workout is a lung burner. Keep everything super smooth and try not to spend too much time breaking.

Scales and Mods

Start with lightning the load if you can.

With the Devils Presses you can change it to a shoulder to overhead.

Hang Power Cleans could be subbed by just doing swings overhead.
