At 3…2…1…Go! You will start with 20 Push Ups, Next is 30 Push Ups, Followed by 40 Sit Ups, and then 50 squats. After all these movements you will take a 3 minute rest. That's 1 round. Your score is the time it takes tom complete 5 rounds.
Stimulus
The intended stimulus for this workout is that some long intervals. Since the rest is built in to the workout you know you can push a little harder because you get that rest.
