At 3...2...1...Go! You will complete 15 Devils Presses then, take one of the two dumbells and start the Snatches, 15 per arm alternating back and forth. Complete 5 rounds of these 2 movements. Your score is the time it takes to complete the 5 rounds.
The weight should be moderate. We want you to be moving pretty steady for this whole workout. Yes, you will have to plan and take breaks but if you schedule them correctly you can get a lot of work done pretty fast. Smooth is fast.
