“When you arise in the morning think of what a privilege it is to be alive, to think, to enjoy, to love…”
– Marcus Aurelius
Every Monday is a chance to set a new tone for the upcoming week. Take advantage of it. If you want it, take it. Wake up and work for it. We can all fall off, and that's okay, as long as you decide to wake up and start again. Let's go. We're here with you. Need more? Reach out. We got you!
3 Rounds Not For Time
10 Inch Worm Push Ups
10 PVC Strict Press
25 Dubs or :30 seconds of practice
3 Rounds for Time
20 V Ups
100 Double Unders
At 3…2…1…Go! You start with 20 V Ups. After that, you will perform 20 Sandbag Ground to Overhead and then 100 Double Unders. That's one round. Your score is the time it takes to complete all 3 rounds.
The weight for this workout should be moderate to heavy. We want the Sandbag Ground to Overhead to be challenging but we don’t want you to fail reps.
The intended stimulus for this workout is a medium paced smooth tempo. Find a pace that you can stick with for a while and push through the need for breaks. Don't forget to breathe!
Scales and Mods
If you need to modify the V Ups you can do leg raises by putting your hands under you buttox or holding on to something above your head. Double unders can be scaled to 200 single unders per round.
