As of this week, RoadieFit has been putting out workouts for a complete year. It's been a hell of a ride and we're so very glad to have you all with us. 2020 has changed a lot with everyone’s life including RF. Our big plans and dreams all got put on hold or maybe even crushed by this year's troubles.

But we're still here, holding on by fingertips sometimes, but we're still here.

So here’s a workout from the first week the fits into this week perfectly.


3 Rounds Not For Time

50 Jumping Jacks

10 Air Squats

10 PVC Deadlifts

10 PVC Passovers

:30 Sec Plank Hold

At 3…2…1…Go! You will start with 10 Ground To Overheads and then 10 Box Jumps. Next you will 9 GTOs and 9 BJs. Then 8 of each, 7 of each, and following that same rep scheme until you get to 1 GTO and 1 BJ. Your scores the time it takes to complete all the reps.


The weight for this workout should be heavy to moderate. This was designed to use any element you have. KBs, DBs, Backpack, Sandbags, A rock, Weight Plate etc.


The intended stimulus for this workout is close to a sprint but not quite. About 85% of a full sprint.

Scales and Mods

The box Jumps can be scaled to Step Ups or Just lower the weight.
