Description
At 3…2…1…Go! You will start with 10 DB Bent Over Rows per arm and then taking the Dumbbell for a 50 meter Farmers Carry (or Suitcase Walk). Next, you will perform 20 Goblet Squats and then do another 50m carry. After that, you will do 10 Strict Presses per arm and then do another carry. Finally, you will perform 10 snatches per arm then another carry and that’s one round complete. Break as long as needed before in between rounds. Then go up in weight. Your score is the heaviest weight you can complete a round with.
Weight
The weight for this workout should be as heavy as you can safely perform a round. For instance, if you use a 50 lb DB and make it all the way to the snatches but have to drop weight to finish, that doesn’t count. You have to resort back to the weight you had used previously for your score.
Stimulus
The intended stimulus for this workout is a knuckle dragging party that’s gonna test your biceps, lungs, and heart.
