At 3…2…1…Go! You will start with 50 Sandbag Front Squats. Then 40 Lunges, 30 Box Jumps, 20 Burpees, and then 10 ground To Overheads with the Sandbag. After that, you will make your way back down the ladder. Starting with 20 Burpees, 30 BJ’s, 40 Lunges and finally doing 50 Front Squats again. Your score is the amount of time it takes to complete all the reps.
